What We Stock, List and Move Between Sites
We handle surplus crusher spares for quarries and mining operations that need parts moved quickly and sensibly. That includes used and unused spares, wear parts, drive components, liners, screens, fasteners, support items and other crusher-related stock that still has value after a shutdown, plant change or over-order. If a part can be reused, exchanged or sold on consignment, we help make that happen.
Our Middelburg yard supports sorting, tagging, photographing, palletising and storage before a part goes out to the next site. We work with equipment from smaller quarry units to heavier plant used in North West, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal, and we know how important it is that a part is identified properly before it leaves the yard. One wrong fit can hold up a whole shift.
- Surplus listing for crusher spares and related items
- Part inspections and condition reporting
- Yard storage and controlled release
- Palletising and packing for road transport
- Fitment checks before dispatch
Who We Serve Across Quarry and Mine Operations
We serve quarry managers, maintenance teams, procurement staff, plant supervisors and operators who need a reliable route for surplus spares or urgent replacements. Some clients come to us with excess stock after a shutdown. Others need a specific item fast because a machine is down and the next production run cannot wait. We work with buyers and sellers, so the same system can handle both sides of the exchange.
Clients often need a practical option for parts that are sitting on site, taking up space and tying up cash. In high dust areas or near the coast, stored spares can also deteriorate faster than expected if they are not packed and kept properly. We help reduce that risk with storage and handling that suits South African conditions, from Middelburg’s dry yard work to humid conditions closer to the coast.
- Quarries with surplus stock after planned maintenance
- Mines needing urgent spares search during breakdowns
- Operations wanting consignment sales instead of scrap
- Sites that need local collections and nationwide delivery
- Teams comparing scrap value against exchange value
How We Work From Enquiry to Delivery
Our process is straightforward. A client sends an enquiry through the contact page, shares the part details and tells us what is needed. We then assess whether the item should be exchanged, sold on consignment, stored for later use or scrapped if it is beyond practical recovery. Sibusiso Ndlovu manages the inspection process and condition reporting, while Lerato Maseko oversees operations to keep the flow moving.
Once a part is approved, we can store it in the yard, pack it properly and arrange collection or delivery. Mpho Rakoma coordinates logistics for local and long distance movements, including sites that need delivery into eMalahleni, Rustenburg, Polokwane, Kathu or Pietermaritzburg. We also assist with shutdown sourcing when the timing is tight and the parts list is long. In some cases a single missing component can stop the whole line, so speed matters.
- Client enquiry and part details received
- Inspection, measuring and condition reporting
- Exchange, sale or scrap decision
- Storage, packing and release
- Collection, delivery or fitment check
